Hi Staci,
Special compliments and thanks for the explicit tabulated history, which tells the full story.
It could be that there are debris circulating in the fluid and something has again jammed the C solenoid. The time factor tends to support such a theory/posssibilty.
However faulty workmanship in connection with the overall work done can not be ruled out.
