The wife thing kinda sucks, or not, depending on how you look at things. Once the hurt goes away you will be much better off without her I am sure. Just remember to not be mad at the dude that was banging her but with her for banging another dude. 
About the hands...what kind of funky are we talking about here? Care to elaborate of that one?
