...the first thing to do is have your tires inspected, checked for out-of-round and balanced. Not that it's likely, but another possibility is that you might have a small tread separation. If so, you'll want to replace immediately. As I said, that's pretty unlikely, but an inspection will tell you for sure. I would also have them inspect the rims, to make sure you don't have one bent somewhere.
What kind of tires do you have? What's their state of wear?
