I have a different view. I have been using a product called So Brilliant waterless carwash for the 18 months on my other car, see the pic. When my SVX returns freshly resprayed from the panel shop I will clay, undertake any paint correction, polish, seal then wax. I will then keep my SVX looking great with So Brilliant and a regular wax using an easy to apply product like Aquawax or OCW.
I am not saying all waterless washes work just as different car polishes and waxes all perform at different levels. Water is a scarce commodity in Australia and I find this product great given restrictions on water usage.
Don't knock it until you have tried it. Cheers
