what is a good price for a used but running EG33? i found one for $750 for engine and ecu seems a bit pricey. This is a good price with the ECU depending upon miles and condition of course
what tranny can i bolt it up to any ej series what about an adaptor plate for ea82 series 5mt? any info would help

Any trans the bolts to an EJ series Subaru motor will bolt to an EG33. I don't believe that there are adapter plates for EA series transmissions and I alos doubt that these early boxes can handle the torque output of the EG33.
