If this is the one advertised on the Speed Channel, then I would avoid it. Their claims are absolutely absurd. You can't possibly stuff more air unto your engine by placing a restriction in the intake.

Unfortunately, though, I'm not done.
This whole business of 'mixing the fuel and air better' MAY be true for carbureted engines, but I doubt it. It's certainly not true for fuel-injected engines, which mix the fuel and air inside the cylinders. Placing a 'Tornado' inside your intake duct, before the throttle body, before the intake manifold and before the valves, certainly doesn't create a 'fast-burn swirl effect' inside the combustion chamber.
