Re: SVX Powered Airplane

The Comp Air 6 features comfort and room for the whole family for a weekend get-a-way -- with seating for up to 6 people. It's a year-round, go-anywhere aircraft and is available with wheels, floats, or skis. You'll have plenty of room for camping, fishing, and hunting gear.

The Comp Air 6 is an efficient, economical cross-country cruising machine for pleasure or business. It will provide you with the ability to enjoy cruise speeds from 150 to 200 mph. It is simple and easy to assemble.

Won't get anywhere near 400mi/hr but 150mi/hr is still impressive! But only 15mpg. With that large prop he will be running way under redline. Should be a good combination. BTW, 4 -6 gph is considered fair in most aircraft. If his will do what he claims it really is impressive.
