Seen an Ebony at the corner of W. Pike and Milford in Clarksburg about 8:30 tonight. Had temporary tag on it. Pulled up beside it and asked the driver if he was a member or knew about the network and he said he didn't have time to talk. Car was a bit loud and seemed to be running pretty rough. Some of the body was primered including the left fender and it had no rear spoiler.

Just seeing if anyone might know this one?
