Hi silverxtc. On the Mobil 1 website I posted about in another thread, for a SVX with 148,000 miles, Mobil would recommend "Mobil1Extended Performance" 10w-30. A filter to go with that would be a high mileage filter from Mobil #M1-104. Take care, BOBB
