After all the dust has settled, here are the statistics.
We originally asked (and were granted) a block of 50 rooms for each night.
On the Rooms Booked list, we had total confirmations of 24 rooms
After one cancellation or another, we ended up using only 18 rooms. on Friday and 16 rooms on Saturday.
Thats 34 total rooms out of the original 100 blocked!
Based on this year's turnout, I have no idea how many rooms we will be offered to us next year. If we are offered 25 rooms per night, it is imperative that we fill them as fast as we can, so we can add more rooms to the block early. Otherwise...
