I've seen this problem posted about before, but, can't remember the final answer. You might go here http://svx.knowfear.net/ and search the word "shudder" and, as a secondary, you might search the misspelling of the word -- "shutter." It should bring lots of suggestions. Just look for symptoms that match yours.
