Congrats B., hopefully I won't be too far behind you.
The hard part for me is to find a place with enough garage space. Between cars, tools and woodworking/furniture making it seems to be more of a priority than the house.
Maybe I should go to Plan B and build a 50x80 steel building and use the first 30 feet for a residence (and 30 for workshop and 20 in the middle for a bar/sportsroom...)
