I developed a paddleshift SVX TCU for a member here. It's fairly easy to do and it works quite well. I ran it in my car for about 6 months. It's basically a matter of chipping the TCU then running a couple of wires from it to your paddleshift switches.

Once the owner has a chance to install it in their car and show it off, I'll be happy to repeat the process for other people.

Personally I'd rather optimise the shift maps and then let the computer handle the shifting.
