The best option i see would be to get a second battery, in the trunk. With a battery isolator/regulator, you could run the main battery up front to run all the accesories and such, have it wired with another battery, and have the alternator charge both. If you set it up correctly, if you were WAY over drawing due to the audio equipment, the rear battery would drain fully, but you would not be "pulling" current from the alt, which is the biggest culprit to killing them. Obviously you'd want a deep-cycle battery.
Basically it would let your audio battery "feed" your main battery, but your main batter can't "feed" your audio battery. without damaging your alt.
