When my '97 LSI was new I took it up to 137 mph (as indicated on the speedo) briefly. I felt that she still had pulling power and would have topped 140. Bring her down from speed is how I originally warped the front rotors. I later had them ground down.
I have never seen anything really official, but in all my ramblings on various SVX sites , I have come to the conclusion that the SVX top speed for 92-93 is 156 mph and 143 mph for 94-97.
