In the last 130 years there have been millions of scams.
How many of those miracle things have you tried in your lifetime? great mileage... more power... engine won't ever wear out...
None for me.
I am not sure what I will do with this pulstar thing.
I have to analyze all the possibilities before I decide. Why would they do it and guarantee it to preform if it was a scam. Everyone would return it.
Most scams there is no place to return it. Here the neighborhood automobile parts distributor will take them back and if not, then there is a problem.
I have to decide if it will work for me!
