You want the fuse out of the FWD fuse slot. The reason your FWD light is coming on is because you have the fuse in the FWD slot. Move the fuse to one of the "dummy" slots in the middle of the fuse box instead.

Oh yeah, and if your power light is flashing after you start the car (coming on once is normal, flashing isn't), this is probably just because you haven't cleared the codes from the transmission computer after you had the rear end repaired. Check the how-to documents for how to clear the codes.
