Just came across this great website where you can put the vin of your car, search the illustrations for the part you need, and you will get the exact part number of your car.
It showed a lot about mine (i.e: exact manufacturing date), looked for the MAF and got me the exact
unique one for my car (22680AA240 as opposed to the US version 22680AA200).
