Looking at replacing my front rotors to get rid of the ones that are just starting to warp now (half way through a set of OEM pads

THESE on ebay, anyone have any experience with them?
From what I see, they don't seem too bad. I would replace the pads that are provided with something better (and keep them on hand for emergency spares).
If not, can someone point me in the direction of where to get cross drilled rotors for a good price?
