My 1995 SVX AWD L has no OEM security .. Therefore, it doesn't have a security inhibitor relay.. RIGHT? Also, why wud this relay click.. if it is normaly closed (connected for start circuit, right?).. ?? 
If I dont have this relay.. WHAT is the click I hear (inside dash, it seems?) when I try to start.. and it doesn't turn over (doesn't sound like solenoid.. sounds like in dash .. right behind ignition key in general.. ??)
