For the one on the drivers side:
Carefully pry up on the left side with the tip of a flat screw driver till it starts coming out. Once you get it a little ways out, it will leave a slight gap, re-adjust the blade of the screw driver so that goes in a little further and can pry with a little more force. Then with your other hand, pull up on the right side while continuing to use the screwdriver to pry up the left side.
At least that is what worked for me.
