It's actually kinda hard to say, because the seating position is different... my head is pretty much the same distance to the roof as it was before, but I noticed the window sill feels higher when I put my arm up on it. So the seating geometry has changed, which has made driving the car much more comfortable for me, even though I don't know that I've gained any headroom per se.
