Plead guilty...and dont say anything about the incident unless the judge asks. If need be, tell them you hadnt noticed the yellow and did not think you could stop for the red light in time. I tend to be overly wordy when I explain things, and your name being Eric, Im sure the same applies to you as well....might be best to practice your explanation using the least amount of words possible. Traffic courts dont wan
