Driving with the FWD fuse in.

There is no advantage in driving with the FWD fuse inserted. It doesn't save gas, or rear bearings ect.

In fact it can cause the front differential to break. With the rear drive disabled, there is no way for the TCU to prevent the front wheels from spinning. This is normaly done by adding torque to the rear wheels, but with the fuse in the front wheels can spin, and the jaring can break the differential gears.
