I have not solved the problem. I am pretty sure it is the flexplate. Ive read about a few people who damaged their flexplates while installing the engine. I had to shake the hell out of my engine to get it to line up with the transmission.

I will check it out in a few days after i am done moving.

Removing the tranny is the easiest way to check the flexplate right?
