I have a complete transmission that is mostly from a 92 other than the front diff parts are from a 95. Here are the bad parts:

Front differential case cracked
Front differential ring gear stripped
Spindle gear stripped
Upper reduction gear has clutch basket broken off
Transfer clutch chewed up
Transfer solenoid doesn't work
High clutch wore out (no 3rd or 4th gear)

Other than the high clutch, this stuff was all bad before I got the transmissions so I won't be able to answer any questions about how it all broke.

If anybody needs parts other than these or wants the whole thing let me know.
