Michael,
You will need to remove the philips head screws both on the grab handle and each one located inside of the two coat hooks on the c pillar. The A-B Trim needs to come off prior to removing the C trim.
Grasp the pillar trim firmly and pull straight towards the inside of the car and slightly down. Voila.
