Ive noticed that all older cars tend to warm up slower. My moms 98 camry warms up fully in 5 minutes....the 02 accord warms up to full opp temp in 2 minutes!...my SVX takes about 6 or 7  . And it also does that rev thing when i start it and the rpms jump up and come down and it almost stalls when when the engine is really cold  .
