It is possible that the windows have been replaced at some point or another, or a defective adhesive was used. Soe years back, there was an automotive adhesive on the market that auto manufacturers and auto glass installers used that would dry out over time and the installed glass would almost be able to be pushed out.

Regardless, the proper way to remedy this situation would be to remove each window completely and reinstall the glass using an automotive-grade urethane-based adhesive such as Sika SuperTack (Hot-applied) or Dow BetaSeal.
