Hey, thanks for the feedback. I haven't seen or driven the car yet - I'll do that this weekend. I'm familiar with the qualities of the Subarus - my family has had two, a 91 legacy and a 97 outback legacy. I just got rid of a 92 Maxima SE - very good car, quick and reliable but kinda dull. I have had my eyes on a SVX for a long time. I don't have a problem paying for routine things but the thought of dropping $3-$4k for a tranny is a turn-off. If I buy the car I guess I'll buy an after-market tranny cooler right away. If I can pay monthly installments on the warranty maybe I'll splurge for it. The quote was from Warrantybynet.com.
