Common house spiders. Tegenaria gigantea I believe if you want to get specific, lol. I hate them.
Dont know if its true but Wikipedia says...
With speeds clocked at 1.73 ft/s (0.53 m/s), the giant house spider held the Guinness Book of World Records for top spider speed until 1987. Thats just disturbing, lol. As they are mainly Northwest spiders... and we are in the Northwest. Just yuck, lol.
