I tried a good battery and it didn't help.
I checked the current between the two fusible link terminals, and it was about 5-6 amps with the ingnition on "ON". The link is good too.
I took off the intake pipe, and sprayed some starter spray into the throttle body with the butterfly's open, no luck also.
