scratched windows
naim, i have a 95 blue L MODEL and i thought i was the only one with this problem. the pads get old and hard and in my case have went so deep i would have to replace the windows and retint and then try to locate a replacement. i just live with it for now. i did try to replace the drivers side with velcro and glue but i think it fell off when i fixed the power window. sorry i don't have an easy solution. i'm sure it could be corrected if you want to spend the right amount. i had to put my window back in after fixing the power window and unless someone knows better it was an epic battle squeezing it back in.
