Ive been experiencing a weird problem lately. Occasionally after parking and turning the ignition off, my car jumps and then kinda rocks for a few seconds. It doesn't happen when I put it in park just when shutting it off. woody that sounds like the transfer clutch is holding the trans all bound up. When you turn the key off the clutch releases, and the transmission line unwinds.
Try it with the FWD fuse inserted, see if it stops it happening.
