Liquid Silver was the only silver color available.... and only in '92.
The speaker grilles are set in the door panels, so if you remove the door panels, you remove the grilles. Believe me, I know.... I've had my door panels off so often, they think they're no longer necessary....lol. Are you wanting to remove the speaker grilles from the door panel? I haven't done that. They're plastic, why would they be rusted? Did I read wrong?
