Rosie & I just got home from Reading V. We had a great time. We'd like to personally thank all the organizers, Mike, Ben, Bobby, and any others. They did a fantastic job.
We'd like to also thank the dynamic duo from Langston Subaru. We hope that it wasn't just another "weekend assigment" and that they really enjoyed themselves.
Last but not least, we'd like to thank the fellows from Subaru of America. And, I have to say that I really appreciated them letting me drive the '05 Outback, yesterday morning. I was surprised at the amount of pickup the car had, with the plain 2.5L engine. It sure is quicker than our '97 OB with the same engine.
My officia,l unofficall count is that 44 SVXes were at Reading V. That is one more than last year.
We hope to see everyone again next year.
PS: I think I'll sign off and use my new garlic press. Oops, the truck with Rosie's shoes just pulled into the driveway. I have to go help unload it.
