OT- It's Official
My boss at work received official notification the he had the 2nd highest point total in his class for North Americal for 2002 in his class. I'm talking about his XKE and concurs points. He missed by one tenth of a point. The no. 1 car is a convertible and his is a coupe so I understand his being 2nd. Automotive beauty contests always favor ragtops.
He just won first place in the recent Concurs DeElegance' held in Greenwich, Conn. He said he ticked off a lot of Aston Martin owners by beating them with a 'lowly Jag'. He also said that he saw 2 SVXes in the visitor' parking lot, one was a pearly and one was burgundy (his word not mine). Was it anyone on this site?
