I had to change the motor actuator mix, as Keith calls it, and it is located on the passenger's side by the center console. You can go through the trouble of taking out the glove box or, crawl underneath if you are thin and flexible enough. The motor is attached with two bolts and unclipping of the actuator rods. Taking out the seat helps the under dash access.
You might want to make sure you are getting power to the motors before going through the expense and trouble. Getting two motor codes is suspicious. The 13 could be just being in the garage or shade.
