getting a 2nd opoin would be worth while ,thought all those are signs of a bad trans ,since one of the problems is lack of oil to the high clutch ,if you have never rebuilt a auto trans and dont have to tool s or the books plus the 5 pages of updates to do let someone else do it ,5sp conversions can be done if you have mechanical know how and 3 to 5 k to use
