Mmm...trying not to reveal much of what I'm planning....but yes, the seats are out. Im not removing the entire rail, as thats not possible for what I plan to do. I do, however, need to remove just the lower portions of the rail.Lets just say I'm making frankenseat, and am going to be making some modifications to one set of lower rails so they fit the other set of lower rails in the way that they need to fit . now to answer any obvous questions:
