I personally don't think they disposed of didley. I wish these people, who are obviously pretty intelligent to do a documentary of that quality, (DVD version anyway.) would start a little lower to make a case.
As in "lower", I mean: Did members of our administration, and selected members of our law enforcement/Intelligence know that this type of attack was about to occur, and ignored it knowing it would help their political agenda.
If there is a conspiracy, that would be where it is. Those guys up there now couldn't pull off their own terrorist attack. They can barely tie their own shoes. Barring all conspiracies, the fact they can't figure out a simple knot is how the attack happened in the first place.
