If I knew who did it I would ask the same question.
I live in an apartment complex with many young adults who walk home form the local bars. I suspect one of them did it. I know it was kicked in because there was a woman's shoe on my windshield. Maybe I should go to each apartment and see whose foot fits the shoe, like Cinderella.
