Review of other forums suggests it might be wheel bearing or transmission, both of which I have guessed but wheel bearing discussion is discussed mostly in relation to the rear of car.
Car has 105K in miles.

Some rebuilt ones have been know to crap within a short period after installation. It should have a warranty so I'd recommend you get another and have it put in.Could also be the front diff
But check the axle first.
