Dan,
just for clarification the Miller auto Parts machine bill was $192.00
$30.00 for cleaning both heads
$30.00 for testing both heads
$72.00 for installing all 24 seals, and
$60.00 for machining both heads.

The heads were warped, it took about 0.008" to straiten one head and 0.012" to straiten the other.

That warp alone is enough to explain the leaking.
