Many moons ago when I was toying with the idea o new wheels I found a distributor in Toronto which would take any wheel they sold and cut to the offset and bolt pattern you wanted. Can't remember their name. Too long ago. There were also some similar outfits I found in the States.
If you do go custom be sure to mention that the OEM are hub centric and ask if their's are the same or lug centric. You may need new lug nuts and/or hub rings. Come to think of it; you should ask regardless. Custom or not.
