Does the driveshaft still spin when you force the car into front wheel drive mode using the 10-Amp fuse?

My car starts to vibrate from the front end at around 80+ mph. I have checked the brakes, balanced and aligned the tires, so I'm guessing it might be one of the axles, cv joints, or driveshaft?

The vibration is seems to get worse the faster I go, and it still exists when I put my foot off the gas pedal or place the car into neutral while crusing down the highway.
