Yes Enkei did purchase the BBS name, since BBS is such a big name in racing and the like, they still manufacture them under that name though.
The STi limited and JDM STi wheels do come with the Enkei brand name stamped on them.
Edit: Just the same as SVX10, I didn't realize we weren't talking USDM
