Just got the car back from the exhaust shop. I had them remove the rattly resinator (I think I spelled that wrong) and I have to say that I am sooooooo happy not to hear the bad noises anymore and I am soooooo glad that all they did was put straight pipe in that area. I have a little bit of exhaust rumble now and I have to say I think it sounds great!
They didn't do it exactly like I wanted it but they are the experts not me. 1 flange and 1 new doughnut and some pipe and $62 later I am sooooo happy!
