A quick way to bleed off electricity in your car's electrical system and reset the ECU is to disconnect the neg (-) battery cable and step on the brake pedal. Also, it's good practice to wait an additional 5 min after that to make sure the Airbag system has also lost it's charge.
I suggest taking the car to a shop that specializes in electrical problems and having them diagnose your problem.
