My '92 has a power driver's seat and a manual passenger's seat. I don't imagine they'd change the manual mechanism from year to year, but I could be wrong.
The passenger's seat returns to both original positions (fore-aft and recline) after being moved up for rear-seat entry.
Sorry, can't help with the driver's side, but my guess is it would be the same.
